This was the second time working with Mike on a lease deal; the first being at the end of 2022. Knowing and more importantly understanding my parameters, Mike was able to wait out the best incentives f deal; the first being at the end of 2022. Knowing and more importantly understanding my parameters, Mike was able to wait out the best incentives for me, getting me into a vehicle that is far and away above any of my expectations. Mike addressed all of my concerns in full (easy to understand) detail. He also introduced me to Jack Jr. who diligently worked with me until I was comfortable with all the nuances in my new vehicle.
