My service advisor Jack Nguyen kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. He was always kind, helpful and professional. Everyone I communicated with was responsive and if they couldn't answer my questions, they found someone that could! I knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle, every step of the way! Jack also kept in contact with Ford Motor Company who was assisting with my vehicle repairs. Jack also arranged for my rental vehicle through Enterprise in Quincy. I was able to drop off the rental vehicle at Herb Chambers the day I picked up my vehicle. I have only had my car back for one day but so far so good! More
