Brought my truck in for an update to the SYNC system, they ended up breaking the truck instead of updating it. Now left with a truck that has no radio, backup camera or any working screen. The kicker the they ended up breaking the truck instead of updating it. Now left with a truck that has no radio, backup camera or any working screen. The kicker they said it’s my fault they broke it and want me to pay the $1500+ to fix their mistake. Completely outrageous and full of a bunch of deceiving employees.
