We live a couple of hours away from Sudbury and initially went into the dealership while in the area to check out BMWs. But after working with Jack, we were convinced that buying the vehicle with him was the right choice. Jack was courteous and understanding of our situation, answered all of our questions, and matched a car to our needs. Jack went out of his way to make a long-distance transaction easy and convenient. Jack was very professional and made the entire experience extremely easy and enjoyable.
