It was a pleasure working with Jack. I had a very negative experience working with Henry. He lied to me and told me that the x1 model I wanted was sold and nothing else was available. I was able to negotiate a great price on the car before ever stepping foot into the dealership. The car was in transit from Germany, and the estimate they gave me was accurate (4-6 weeks). On delivery day, Jack was clear with communication throughout the entire time while we worked through paperwork and insurance. Brian handled the financing paperwork and was also great to work with.
