It was a pleasure working with Jack. I had a very negative experience working with Henry. He lied to me and told me that the x1 model I wanted was sold and nothing else was available. Frankly, I don’t understand why Henry still has his job at the dealership. Henry’s behavior was bizarre and deeply concerning. He would have been terminated for what he did if he worked in my company. More
