On delivery day, Jack was clear with communication throughout the entire time while we worked through paperwork and insurance. Brian handled the financing paperwork and was also great to work with. Had a smooth transaction… None of the guys/gals there were pushy. The finance guys, managers, and BMW Genius were also all great. Go in there with realistic expectations knowing that they’re a business, and they’ll make sure to give you a good deal that’s fair for both sides, and also take care of you after the sale.
