Jacob Maged & Jack Peck were outstanding. I had originally planned to work with my local dealership, however, the car was going to have to come from you guys anyhow and I thought- you know, why wai originally planned to work with my local dealership, however, the car was going to have to come from you guys anyhow and I thought- you know, why wait? What can Wesley Chapel do for me? Jack immediately answered my inquiry by-phone, sent me a video of the XSE Hatchback, and a price sheet for me to view. I arranged to get down there as well as an additional phone call to Jack to arrange for Auto Paint Guard coverage and he made it a breeze! I ended-up with the best deal on my car- beating-out Arlington Toyota by over 1K and making it well-worth my drive down there! My financial advisor was Jacob, and while anxiety-ridden for me, (I get very anxious in these situations!) Jacob was very patient, answered all of my questions, didn't pressure me into anything, and made-clear his main priority was making sure that I was going to be kept SAFE on the road since my car will be my daily-driving work vehicle. He steered me in the right direction with a Tire Warranty & Assurant Platinum Wrap Warranty, and got my interest rate down an additional 2pts. I was in and out of there in 3hrs! More
