A Learning Experience My wife and I ended up purchasing our first "family" car from Bredemann. I enjoyed my experience working with Charlie. Charlie did a great job of ex My wife and I ended up purchasing our first "family" car from Bredemann. I enjoyed my experience working with Charlie. Charlie did a great job of explaining things and we were allowed to test drive our future car on two separate occasions without a problem. He is very personable and does his job with a tremendous amount of professionalism. When it came to negotiating I did feel like my initial offer was shot down in a strong manner. I felt as if I was a child being scolded for "low-balling". I'd like to think I received a fair deal on my Toyota RAV4 but I accept responsibility for not being as well versed as I should have been. In the future I'd consider buying another car from Bredemann but I do plan on looking at other Toyota dealerships to compare prices. More
