He explained all the features and options in great depth, and really helped me pick out and find the exact model I was looking for. Roger also introduced me to Jorge Canales in the parts department, who was able to give me a good deal on some WeatherTech liners and step rails for the new car. When it came time to sign the papers, Jack Prato explained everything to me, and really made me feel confident with my purchase. Everyone at Bredemann made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.
