I was looking for a Prius and he made it possible for me to test drive a couple different models and he explained to me all the features of the car. He gave me a no-nonsense price, and told me to go home and think on it. He never pressured me in any way to buy a car then and there, nor did he pressure me to get options or features on my car that I did not want. I went back a few days later to purchase the car and Muhammed and Arnie Rowen, the sales manager, could not have been more accommodating and helpful in making sure I got a good price. The car I wanted was not at their lot, but they made sure to find the one I wanted and get it to their lot for me. Also, thanks to Jack Prato for making the financing part so easy. The entire process - of finding the right car, getting the right price, getting the best features and options, and financing the deal - was super smooth. I had such a great experience that my parents went back the next month to get a Camry Hybrid from Bredemann Toyota as well. Again, Muhammed was our go-to guy and he found the perfect car for my parents. They could not be more pleased with their purchase and with their experience. All in all I think Bredemann is a great place to buy a car - mostly because of the warm and friendly and helpful people who work here. That together with 0% financing and other discounts convinced me to purchase my new vehicle on the spot, with a manageable monthly payment.
