Just purchased our second vehicle from Jarrett-Gordon Ford here in Winter Haven. The whole process was great. I found the truck I wanted on their website, entered my trade-in information, received a me Ford here in Winter Haven. The whole process was great. I found the truck I wanted on their website, entered my trade-in information, received a message to set up the day/time to visit the showroom. Met Jack at the dealer, the truck was already pulled to the front. While I was test driving, they inspected my trade-in. By the time we got back to the showroom, the inspection was done, Jack ran some numbers for me and within the hour I was signing paperwork. It was a pleasure working with Jack, he made the whole process the easiest I have had in purchasing a new vehicle. When it is time to replace my wife's Mustang (for a newer Mustang of course), I hope Jack is still doing Internet Sales. If not, I am very confident whoever replaces him will be just as good because that is the kind of quality you can expect from Jarrett-Gordon Ford. I wanted the car, a 2021 Lincoln Nautilus SUV ("car"), if it was right. The salesperson, Jack Slater, helped me see that the car was in the condition I wanted, from over 1000 miles away, as I live in New York planned to ship it to there. Jack was a pleasure to deal with, and I highly recommend him, and the dealership as a whole if he is representative of the other employees of this company. For an out-of-state or local purchase, you will be treated well and with competence, and that just makes everything less stressful. Seems crazy to buy a used car half way across the country, but it was a good car at an excellent price, and certified as well. A great, attentive salesperson made it easy and reassuring.
