The communication is very poor. This was my third visit to this location, service check in/out seems tense everytime. Your staff is excellent however who ever is responsible for getting the above pricing financing that individual is out to get all he can get out of New clients. When I was notified by two different financi for getting the above pricing financing that individual is out to get all he can get out of New clients. When I was notified by two different financial institutions that the reason my loan was turned down was because the New Car could not support the collateral needed for the money you were trying to finance that makes me think your salesman rip this customer off and twice while in your lobby while I was getting my car serviced he ignored me twice I will never deal with that agent again and when it comes time to purchase another vehicle from you I will go on down the road if he is still employed by you.
