These guys are on the mark. I walked in to get some info on a new Pilot , I was greeted with a friendly, professional who took the time to answer my questions and show me what was available.. I found Jack and Bill to be helpful, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions in full detail. Nothing that I asked was too much for them to do. I had been to several other dealers and North Shore Honda beat all the others with their pricing. I was totally confident that I was given the fairest price possible. An added bonus was picking up the car to find that it had a FULL TANK OF GAS! I received my car yesterday but needed to speak to Bill today.
