You can always feel comfortable just to sit down and discuss your needs and they will point you in the right direction. I always bring my cars there for the scheduled service where you know they will take care of you and get your car back to you as soon as possible. When I wait for service to be completed the sales people will stop by and chat for awhile. After you purchase/lease the car they still make you feel like you are part of the family. I found Jack and Bill to be helpful, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions in full detail. Nothing that I asked was too much for them to do.
