We recently traded our 2013 FJ Cruiser in on a 2018 Highlander and were pleasantly surprised by the patience, demeanor, and knowledge of our sales rep Jackie Brothers. I can honestly say this dealership is the best I have ever dealt with. The entire show, tell, drive, and purchase process was smooth and painless. Jackie was super helpful but not overly pushy which is refreshing when you're car shopping. We went for a test drive then talked about the upgrades we wanted (TRD rims & running boards). We purchased the car, went through the financing with Rob which was super easy, then came to pick it up a few days later. It was fully equipped with our new rims & running boards plus a full tank of gas. Jackie even went the extra mile and took our 4Runner through the wash again because a bird had pooped on it since they washed it that morning. We are SO happy with our new car, and the whole car buying experience. More
