Jackie was super helpful but not overly pushy which is refreshing when you're car shopping. We went for a test drive then talked about the upgrades we wanted (TRD rims & running boards). We purchased the car, went through the financing with Rob which was super easy, then came to pick it up a few days later. It was fully equipped with our new rims & running boards plus a full tank of gas. Jackie even went the extra mile and took our 4Runner through the wash again because a bird had pooped on it since they washed it that morning. We are SO happy with our new car, and the whole car buying experience. More
