We got a gem of a car but wasn’t impressed with dealership. We paid for car to be put through shop for inspection in order to put temporary plates on it as it was “ as is “. They told us it wouldn’t pass as it needed new brakes and rotors. We had to take 2 extra trips ( 2 hours total driving ) to buy the car, take receipt to town hall for plates and then back to be able to drive car home. Only to find out from our mechanic it didn’t need new brakes. They were PERFECT. Really upsetting the time off work and mileage driving back and forth. Clearly trying to get back the money they “ negotiated down on price”. More

I would also highly recommend their service department for all your car needs they were fast and not really expensive and right now we can all use a little savings. More

I recently was in the market for a used car and decided to check out Granite Subaru in Hudson, NH. I received excellent service and assistance from Chase Griffin, who helped walk through all of the vehicle options available that matched my budget and personal requirements and was very kind and accommodating to all the questions I had. There was a slight technical issue with my bank that prevented me from making a purchase on a car the same day I arrived, but everybody was more than accommodating and was able to hold the car while I resolved this issue. I also would like to mention Jon Koresky from the finance department and Jackie Dempsey another sales representative. Jon assisted in establishing the financial plan regarding my car and worked to ensure I was getting the best plan according to my budget. He was very transparent about which offers/plans were not worth enrolling in and was also very patient and accommodating as I resolved the issue with my bank. Jackie had assisted me in signing up for Auto-insurance and she graciously assisted while we were on the phone with the insurance company for around 1 hour. This was my first time buying a car and I believe the entire team at Granite Subaru worked well to ensure that this was as smooth of a process as possible. I would highly recommend anybody looking for a new/used car in the Southern NH area to go to Granite Subaru, as the people I mentioned above and the rest of their team will ensure you receive the best service and walk away with a quality vehicle.
