Jackie Mercer was straightforward, answered all my questions and found the Explorer with the color combination and features that I requested. Got it all done start to finish including finance paper questions and found the Explorer with the color combination and features that I requested. Got it all done start to finish including finance paperwork in less than 2 hours. Then he delivered my new Explorer the next day & took my 2020 trade-in back to GP Ford.
