Terrible service for my 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 I made an appointment for my truck to have it serviced and vehicle recall fixed on January 23rd 2pm. I waited over 2 hours for the vehicle and the on I made an appointment for my truck to have it serviced and vehicle recall fixed on January 23rd 2pm. I waited over 2 hours for the vehicle and the only thing gotten done and completed by 4:10 pm was an oil change. They never addressed my recall repair. When I made the appointment I said I would wait for the service to be done and I was told it would take about 90 minutes to complete. I had another personal appointment at 4;30 the same day and I asked if it would be completed by 4 pm meaning oil change and software upgrade. I was told I should have it completed by 3:30 or 4pm the latest. Needless to say it didn’t happen. They said I need to reschedule another appointment. I did but not with posner park dealership! They lost a customer.. More

Yes, you heard correct "LOOSE WHEEL LUG NUTS". If you do business with this place after reading this you are asking for trouble. More
