I was undecided especially the latest one I got because I wasn’t sure if I wanted to start all over with my payment so I went and test drove the srx and of coarse I loved it but wasn’t sure if I wanted to start payment so I decided to leave that day and unlike other dealerships they didn’t chase me out the door and kidnap my keys lol. Herb Chambers has always been a place we trust and go to first, once again, they didn’t disappoint me. I had one of my best sales experiences in the purchase on my used Cadillac. Brennan and Max made it a great sales experience. I felt that they addressed all of our questions making us very comfortable on helping us choose the right vehicle. This was the first time we purchased a vehicle out of state and Kenny, the sales manager, jumped right to personally help complete the process.
