My name is Jackson Speakman and I started with Germain Honda of Dublin in my birthday month of May in 2019. What a gift it’s been! To help and assist each and every customer find their perfect vehicle and share a few laughs in the process has been a great joy. I have a sales background, but I pride myself on moving at my customers pace. When you’re ready acquire a vehicle, you need to be able to do so on your time; because of this my customers find the process enjoyable and easy going. I’m a newlywed! I married my absolute soulmate in March of 2019 and I’m the proudest husband to my wife, Riley. We enjoy planned and sporadic travel, mostly to places we’ve never been. When I’m not at work, I enjoy a good book, doing a daily activity that challenges me; along with adventures with my two crazy dogs, Moo and Maple. TERRIBLE DEARLERSHIP I purchased a honda accord on 6/19/19 and i was given a 45 temp tag and was told that my financing was done by capital one and 45 days later i contact I purchased a honda accord on 6/19/19 and i was given a 45 temp tag and was told that my financing was done by capital one and 45 days later i contact the dealership to see whats going on cause capital one said they have no loan for me and that is when i was told that capital one fax machine was supposedly down and they never received the paper work so they made me come back up to the dealership do sign more paperwork and was given a 30 day tag and now here i am with a another expired 30 day that expired on 8/31/19 and i came back to the dealership only to find out that jackson speakman dont know whats going on and there is supposedly no manager around that can help me so now i'm leaving the dealership with expired tags and all they can tell me is they should be receiving the memorandum in 7-10 days and capital one is saying that they don't have loan. I will never go there again this was my first car and it has been a nightmare More

Great Staff, Great Experience! I emailed the dealership about a specific car in their pre-owned inventory Sunday evening when they were closed. I got an immediate response from Kayl I emailed the dealership about a specific car in their pre-owned inventory Sunday evening when they were closed. I got an immediate response from Kayla as soon as they opened next morning. She checked to make sure the vehicle was available and put me in touch with Steve to schedule a test drive. He and the rest of the staff I met were incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. Jackson greeted me at the door and was happy to help me find what I needed. Steve was knowledgeable and thorough in answering my questions and really helped to streamline the whole process, which I appreciated a lot. Jerry made taking care of the finances a breeze and was a real pleasure to talk to. Corey stayed after his shift to help us out with an issue we had when picking up the car. That really impressed me. He's a gem. And Kevin pitched in to help us with some questions about our tires, even though he wasn't our assigned salesperson. My boyfriend and I are thrilled about the amazing deal we got on our good-as-new used car, and we would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks especially to Steve and Kayla for providing such an overall pleasant experience, and kudos to everyone we met at team Germain Honda of Dublin for scoring another loyal customer! We won't be going anywhere else after this. More

First Time Buyer Jackson was great.He really took into consideration of what I wanted and did everything in his power to make sure everything was perfect before I left Jackson was great.He really took into consideration of what I wanted and did everything in his power to make sure everything was perfect before I left the lot.
