This was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Jaclyn's patience and assistance were way beyond the norm. Sean had the car ready and took the test drive with us, providing lots of background information as he is the one who had taken it in trade. His great attitude and helpfulness was very reassuring. Joe was also extremely helpful when we hit a snag with my out of town credit union and was able to smoothly accommodate us and keep us informed in the process. The price was better than anyone else in the area on a similar model. This was not a WOULD buy again scenario but a HOPE TO or WISH I COULD ALWAYS buy again here scenario.
