The man who answers the phone for the service department is not friendly and has not documented the issues that I am coming to have looked at after 2 conversations with him. I had to call the Manager to hav is not friendly and has not documented the issues that I am coming to have looked at after 2 conversations with him. I had to call the Manager to have the rest of my concerns added/documented so they can be addressed when I come in for service. Overall I am quite dissapointed with how long it takes to get in for an oil change or service and would recommend looking at other VW dealerships before selecting Tynans. More
