Friendly, professional, Great experience. Jacob was just awesome. He was extremely attentive but not pushy. He was able to find just what we wanted. On top of that it coincidentally turned out Jacob was just awesome. He was extremely attentive but not pushy. He was able to find just what we wanted. On top of that it coincidentally turned out that we took possession of the Jag on her birthday. Jacob and Tyler put a big white bow on the windshield and she saw it when we drove in. Made her day! Would gladly recommend Jacob and the dealership to anyone. Tyler showed us how to navigate the technology of the car before we left. Did a great job of explaining the great technology of the vehicle. The best car dealership I have ever been to. Anna and Jacob worked as a team to find me the perfect Evoque. I was so blown away by the process that I will never buy a car anywhere else.
