Jacob was absolutely amazing with us! Even though we didnt buy our expedition max from White's he went above and beyond to help us figure out what was wrong with it! We ended up needing a new transmission and had to send it back to the dealership we bought it from for repair and we felt bad we couldn't have White's fix it after all Jacob did for us! He is excellent at what he does and we are extremely thankful for his time and knowledge! More

Bought a used car from them . Paid cash they said they were going to inspect it and fix all the problems !!! They did the inspection said it needed brakes rotors and power steerin Paid cash they said they were going to inspect it and fix all the problems !!! They did the inspection said it needed brakes rotors and power steering line three days later when to pick it up check engine light was on they kept another 2 days said it was an emission problem fixed brought the car home still leaking power starting fluid all over the place at this point I take it to bee looked at some where else they show me swag bars that needs fixed tie rods ball joints and that the power steering is still leaking !! So intake all this info to them ask to speak with someone higher up ask how they sold me a car unsafe for my son to drive they say they will only cover the power steering part since they had fixed that !! Then after two hours they say they will look at the car the looked at it and say the only unsafe thing is the horn don’t work and the power steering in still leaking ! So they have it again over the weekend I pick it up still not safe to drive with parts hanging off the tire as I walk into service to pick it up they are talking about it as soon as they realize it’s my car the all stop he hands me what hey did and I now need to put 2100 dollars into a car that I haven’t even had for 30 days !!! Please be extra careful buying cars here they could be unsafe to drive !!! I don’t care if it’s a 2010 or 2025 I expect for the car to be safe for my son to drive !! If it wasn’t they should of told me that it needed a lot of work to get there how there mechanics can go under a car and only fix what they tell them to what if it wasn’t there kids or wife mother driving this car !!!!!! Update surprise surprise it is still leaking power steering fluid after three tries !!!!!! This purchase is a nightmare for sure !!!! More

This was a horrible experience. I bought a 2010 ford edge that I was told that was gonna be a safe car for my son . I paid cash they kept the car for 3 days to fix the problems . I I bought a 2010 ford edge that I was told that was gonna be a safe car for my son . I paid cash they kept the car for 3 days to fix the problems . I went to pick it up and the check engine light was on I tell them the keep to fix it again another 2 days I finally get the car bring it home and it is low on power steering fluid and still leaking all over my drive way ! I take to a local mechanic to see if they fixed the problems or not they bring in to show me that it is unsafe to drive with parts hang off the bottom of the car and the tire moves like crazy when shoot how did the mechanic at whites ford not see these things when changing the power steering line and brakes and rotors ! How would they feel if this car was given to there kids or wife ! I took the paper work to them with all the problems asked to speak to higher up they said they would look at the car and they called an said they would only fix the power steering since they had already did that and they only safety thing was the horn ! I now have to fix the car 2100 worth I just dont understand how they can sell a car that is not safe to someone and not care what happens !! Please be really careful if you purchase a car there !!!! More
