Repair is adequate however, they are severely under staffed and poorly managed staffing/resources. Communication was lacking throughout the process. We had an engine issue that was covered under the additional purchased insurance. They evaluated, received authorization and repaired in a very quick fashion. We paid our deductible and they coordina additional purchased insurance. They evaluated, received authorization and repaired in a very quick fashion. We paid our deductible and they coordinated with the insurance company. It was a great experience! More
