We bought a truck cash. Had the blue advantage warranty. They did a 172 point inspection supposedly. Transmission is slipping. Took it in and they couldn’t find anything so Had the blue advantage warranty. They did a 172 point inspection supposedly. Transmission is slipping. Took it in and they couldn’t find anything so they charged us $175 dollars. But it was low on transmission fluid so they charged us for that. If there’s no leaks, but low on transmission fluid… wouldn’t it be that they either didn’t check the transmission fluid or top it off? So their service department doesn’t do a very good job and they don’t take care of their customers. If you want to be valued as a customer, don’t go here. When we went there they tried to sell us a rusted out junker just to get it off their lot. Then they tried to give us the paperwork for that truck but I noticed the mistake because the year was older. I wish I would’ve gone to a different dealer but this was close and we had a newborn and didn’t want to take him far from home. More

If you’re looking for a Ford dealership where things actually get done instead of disappearing into the mysterious “we’ll check on that” void, go see Jacob and Phil. These two are basically the dynamic actually get done instead of disappearing into the mysterious “we’ll check on that” void, go see Jacob and Phil. These two are basically the dynamic duo of car care. I’m convinced they could fix a flat tire with nothing but a paperclip and sheer determination. Every time I walk in, Jacob already knows what’s wrong just by the way my car limps into the parking lot. Phil backs him up like, “Yep, we’ve seen this before,” and next thing I know, my car is running smoother than my life choices. They get the job done, they get it done fast, and somehow they make it fun. If Ford gave out superhero capes, these two would be wearing them. Five stars—because six isn’t an option. More

White's did an excellent job getting my C-Max ready for me to drive. They picked my car up and returned to me which was very helpful.
