Totally satisfied, everything went great! Greeted promptly upon arrival, Kr I stin greeted me and got repair order started and vehicle was in shop within minutes. Kristin kept me informed with progress and cost estimate for tire after road hazard. Gave her the OK and was out shortly after. Couldn't be happier with total service experience. Took too long, incomplete job I went in for an oil change, scheduled for “express” and was told on the phone “in and out in an hour” when I checked in, same thing. Then they said m I went in for an oil change, scheduled for “express” and was told on the phone “in and out in an hour” when I checked in, same thing. Then they said my alignment was off and they could do it in about the same time “just around an hour” an hour and 43 minutes later my car was completed and I didn’t get my car wash. My time is valuable to me and I was unfortunately there on a Friday evening before working all weekend. When I asked what the hold up ended up being it was the alignment machine. Be honest with your customers. I’ll be back because i still have oil changes and my car is under warranty. Just disappointed this is the second time I have been stranded with my kids in your waiting room. More
