Service has been exceptional with one major issue and some minor exceptions! 1) changing policy, standard services that have been in place for 30+ years should be grandfathered, not cancelled without ex some minor exceptions! 1) changing policy, standard services that have been in place for 30+ years should be grandfathered, not cancelled without exception (e.g., porter p/u car). This was discussed at sale. Why would I pay list for a car at Northside/Westside instead of Sterling McCall if I have to drive back and forth to Westside which takes over 3 hours versus 3 exits to SM? The new COO (Nate) clearly thinks this is Fred Haas TOYOTA and that cost cutting without researching and validating the affect on sales, return sales, service, etc. is a professionally sound approach. Well, I am about to buy another this year. Daughter next year. Unless the porter service is provided, we will no longer buy any vehicle nor service from any company owned by Friedkin. 2 times not washing the car, a breakdown getting the "complete message to Daniel", thus, car was not ready for more than an hour which disrupted p/u of special needs son. More

If you need service, beware. I brought my vehicle to your dealership 06/05/2023 because my vehicle would not start and informed them that my vehicle is under warranty, which was I brought my vehicle to your dealership 06/05/2023 because my vehicle would not start and informed them that my vehicle is under warranty, which was looked up and verified. After day 1 I was told a diagnostic was run, and no determination was made on why my car would not start. After day 2 I was told to bring my spare key to the dealership After day 3 I was told there was "rodent damage" I was told the ridiculous explanation that "because of the evidence of mouse footprints on my battery, it was determined that a mouse cut one of the cables leading to my battery" and that was the reason my car would not start. ***so after the THIRD day of looking under my hood and inspecting my vehicle, touching and moving things around under my hood, touching my battery, wiggling this cable and attaching that cable...I was told there were "mouse footprints" on my battery. How ridiculous. Receipt was not detailed. Simply a dollar amount for labor and parts, yet none were reflected on my receipt. No one at this dealership has cared to help me get answers about this issue and my bill. This was their way to NOT honor my warranty. Buyer beware. They also claimed I denied an alignment that they never spoke with me about. I asked the service manager about it and he agreed that no one spoke with me about the alignment. Emailed management, emailed the GM, now contacting the Texas AG’s office and claiming deceptive practices. Read your receipt people. More
