Waiting for dashboard replacement for more than 3 years I have been waiting for Westside Lexus to replace my 2008 Lexus RX 350 dashboard since 2015 and every time they said to just wait. I'm a Realtor and l I have been waiting for Westside Lexus to replace my 2008 Lexus RX 350 dashboard since 2015 and every time they said to just wait. I'm a Realtor and lots of my clients drive with me and it is so embarrassing for me when my client notice all the dashboard cracks and melting parts ...... Shame on you Lexus and Shame on you Westside Lexus. More

Prompt, efficient, professional...extremely thorough!! My initial contact in the service department noticed a small chip on my windshield...he pointed it out to me and quickly got GEICO on the phone to coo My initial contact in the service department noticed a small chip on my windshield...he pointed it out to me and quickly got GEICO on the phone to coordinate the repair. I wouldn't have noticed it and resulting damage could have cost me up to $500. Very thoughtful, extremely effective service! I'm always in and out and less than 45 minutes and I drive away in a clean, efficient car! More

Overall great service Jacob has always been extremely helpful. I appreciate his honestly and integrity and the ability to get me on my way in a loaner in short order. Jacob has always been extremely helpful. I appreciate his honestly and integrity and the ability to get me on my way in a loaner in short order. I can get in and out very quickly and I truly appreciate that. The only downside to this service dept. is it is SO busy, however it is busy for a reason and that is because they are great! The team handles the volume well and can get customers in and out very quickly. It is much appreciated. More
