Emergency Service Repair The additional towing service we purchased when buying the car was invaluable. We live in a remote setting and in one tow it has paid for itself. The service was easy to use and very responsive Dealership service was acceptable. I had to call the dealership 3 times before getting a response. Each different service person I spoke with with very nice and courteous. The ability to get my vehicle in quickly with a determination with what was wrong and how long to fix it was very tedious. If it was not for my persistence I don't think my car would have been fixed that day. Once the car got in the garage it was fixed in a very short timeframe. I was expecting a little bit better service having purchased 3 new cars at this dealership over the last6-7 years. More
