The service staff tested the electrical harness and plugs, tested the cylinder with misfiring, found the problem plug, replaced that plug, test drove the car, and the problem was fixed. The service was easy to use and very responsive Dealership service was acceptable. I had to call the dealership 3 times before getting a response. Each different service person I spoke with with very nice and courteous. The ability to get my vehicle in quickly with a determination with what was wrong and how long to fix it was very tedious. If it was not for my persistence I don't think my car would have been fixed that day. Once the car got in the garage it was fixed in a very short timeframe. I was expecting a little bit better service having purchased 3 new cars at this dealership over the last6-7 years. More
