Great Service / Outstanding Dealership Great customer service from the time my wife and I purchased our Subaru Outback from Ed Monson to this most recent trip to the service department at L Great customer service from the time my wife and I purchased our Subaru Outback from Ed Monson to this most recent trip to the service department at Lithia Subaru for a 30,000 mile service / oil change. I was met promptly by service personnel when I pulled up and the job was handled in under 1 hour. It doesn't get any better than that. Thanks again to Ed Monson for selling us the "Roo" and to all the outstanding service personnel (Jacob Hicks) and the other employees who make Lithia Subaru a outstanding dealership for Subaru Motors. p/e More

Still withholding my recommendation... once bitten twice shy I've had some problems in the past with this dealership's service department that had made me question whether I would buy another Subaru, but their s I've had some problems in the past with this dealership's service department that had made me question whether I would buy another Subaru, but their service continues to improve and restore my confidence in them. I was very pleased with this past service call. Although they were slow in replacing the faulty airbag, I understand much of the delay was out of their control. They did fix it quickly once the part came in. Communication was much better as well. I'm hopeful. I really like my car and if things continue to improve in their service department I would be likely to buy another Subaru when I decide to replace it. More

Flat!! Had a flat tire and called subaru ride side. They came out in 10 mins!!!! 10 mins!! I was able to get to the dealership and they replaced my tire. AC service Jake in service is the best service writer I have ever dealt with. He goes out of his way to help me every time I am in the dealer. Mike, Pat, Luis, a Jake in service is the best service writer I have ever dealt with. He goes out of his way to help me every time I am in the dealer. Mike, Pat, Luis, and Tim are great techs who always do stellar work on my car. I recommend this service department to any who wants great work at a fair price. More

Customer service and professionalism excellent Very happy with the Outback. It's awesome just like our experience at Lithia Subaru. Our salesman Carlos was very professional and courteous and showed us every feature of the car. Your service dept. also fantastic. It was after closing and they were able to prep our car. I received a phone call on a recall yesterday. Outback towed to dealer. Turns out the Outback did not have the defective part. Lithia Subaru handled this incredibly well. I will be recommending you folks to anyone who is wanting to purchase a new car. More

Best Car Ever! I love this place. I have been here twice with my car. I had appointments both times, but when I arrived early they got me right in, no waiting. Ev I love this place. Service between normal requirements I needed a left front headlight replaced and also asked that the oil be checked as well as tire pressure and wanted a full service car wash. Everything was done as required in a very timely manner as quoted. I also discussed possible future needs with Jacob. He is always friendly and courteous and ready to answer or explain any issues. Even though I live in Mariposa, I choose to deal with Subaru in Fresno knowing that they will take good care of me. More
