A guy and a big diesel truck ran over the top of my Toyota RAV4 actually made me scared of my vehicle, because I felt like I was in a sardine can it took the paramedics two and a half hours to cut me out of my vehicle which was totaled. Everyone in the dealership was polite thanking me for my service because I was in Iraq Space Coast Honda. I will always continue to come back to if I ever need another vehicle although I think my vehicle is gonna last me a lifetime dealership and courteous employees and they’ve got my vote all 100%, sincerely with an open heart of truth that I say these things! Austin treats the customer with care and understanding before focusing on a sale. He was patient with us and took the time to listen to what our needs were in a new vehicle. The Odyssey was roomy and comfortable and we decided that’s what we wanted but the price and all the electronic features scared us. First, he explained every button, switch, knob, light, etc to us and made us feel comfortable. Then he helped us get to a number we could live with. Paperwork took a little time and we weren’t ready to leave until an hour after closing time but Austin stayed to make sure we were satisfied before we drove off the lot. Austin- we appreciate you.
