This was truly a rare car buying experience that I suspect is a regular occurrence for this dealership. Adam was a rare car professional, and I use that term because he is simply above the "car salesman" prototype. He established a relationship and trust. He continued to support his position that he was there to help us get what we wanted and that, although he wasnt positive he could deliver as we had significant restrictions, he was going to work for us and not his manager or his paycheck. He clearly saw the bigger picture that this approach would yield greater returns in the long run. After having a rather insulting experience at another Infiniti dealer a few months earlier this dealership renewed our faith and we have no doubt found our new home when it comes to car buying. Well done! Infiniti, I recommend you have surrogates spend some time there and strongly encourage your other dealerships to adopt their formula! More

From the moment I walked in the door I was impressed with the lay out of the dealership to the open and up front details and dealings with the automobiles and what I did and did not want as options. I was also VERY impressed with the intelligence and knowledge base the workers had of the vehicles, as well as their willingness to help get my vehicle to what I wanted it to be. Their internet contact, Andreas Korallus was very helpful and in turn had their sales rep, Bob Polanek contact me. Bob and I had a thorough discussion about the car and every thing he represented about the car was very in depth and accurate. The car was priced in line and in fact lower than the competition considering the low miles and pristine condition of the car. But due to the fact that my purchase involved flying in from Colorado and driving a thousand miles back home, I made an offer on the car which Bob respectfully declined. Shortly there after I was contacted by Bob's sales manager, Joe Belmonte and Joe did an outstanding job of making the deal work for both of us. I flew in and was met at the airport by one of their drivers and driven to the sales center where I met Bob, Joe and the business manager, Jake Lubinski . They all treated me like "family" and after Bob and I did a thorough inspection of the car we finalized the deal.
