Gabriel was fantastic. However, when we purchased our Wagoneer, it was mentioned several times by several people at the dealership, if you need to bring your vehicle in, y However, when we purchased our Wagoneer, it was mentioned several times by several people at the dealership, if you need to bring your vehicle in, you will have a loaner of a Jeep Grand Cherokee L or better guaranteed. We have brought our vehicle in twice already (have had it for 3 months). First time we have to fight with the dealership to get any loaner. Second time, we just accepted no loaner and dealt with it. If you are going to make it part of the sale pitch that a loaner will be available, make sure you have enough loaners on site to accomodate your customers. It is incredibly disappointing to be promised one thing, only to find out that it isn't true. More
