Ernie was friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable on all aspects of the cars and our questions. I knew I was ready for a new car but didnt think id go home that same night being so late with a new car but WE DID!! I knew what price I wanted and could afford and when Jacob i think who was one of the finance managers came back and actually made that happen, we were so excited that we came back the next day and bought another from same 2 guys. This is our 4th & 5th hyundai and we just love these cars. Thanks so much you guys for making our car buying experience an awesome one...We will be back... More

Angels I walked in Universal Hyundai with just the thought of looking for my son a car. I was introduce to the salesman Anthony Hernandez. My first thought is he is to young to be a salesman. I have bought several cars Mr Hernandez was so polite and helpful with the decisions that we had to make. We respected him so much within 2 weeks my entire family bought cars from him. The Manager Mr Jacob Neely came out and assisted us in whatever we needed as well. While waiting i was able to get a manicure.. I will send all my family and friends to Universal Hyundai. Thank you Anthony Hernandez and Jacob Neely truly angels. More

He never left us feeling stranded and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. He was very knowledgeable of the different cars and explained everything well. When it came down to making the best deal we could, he was patient and while presenting us with options, he never tried to get overly aggressive with us. He introduced us to Jacob, who was also very pleasant and attentive to our situation. We got a fair deal for our trade and Anthony guided us through the entire process. Amine in finance, was also pleasant and worked efficiently to finish our car buying experience. I will recommend Universal Hyundai to anyone who is looking for a car. More
