Wife took vehicle into dealership due for service. Jacob Povlich in services was unprofessional and she stated she was given attitude and talked down on when she questioned a hissing sound from vehic Jacob Povlich in services was unprofessional and she stated she was given attitude and talked down on when she questioned a hissing sound from vehicle. Not only that dealer forgot to order my wife her uber since they don’t obviously give rental vehicles anymore and my wife had to call the dealer when no uber showed up at time she was told they would arrive. Dealer forgot to order uber. Will not come back or entertain bad services from an unprofessional dealer. I will continue to go to where I have been. More
