Great Service. My experience today was fantastic. What I thought was going to be an expensive repair, turned out to be a false alarm from a service engine light. J My experience today was fantastic. What I thought was going to be an expensive repair, turned out to be a false alarm from a service engine light. Jacob was very professional and friendly. This service department has done and about face for the better. This type of service and atmosphere has brought me back to Kia. More

Outstanding Sales Associate; Outstanding dealership staff. Dennis Cardinal is very good - outgoing / helpful / down-to-earth - knows the Kia product line - will go back to Dennis for the future. Greg and Ja Dennis Cardinal is very good - outgoing / helpful / down-to-earth - knows the Kia product line - will go back to Dennis for the future. Greg and Jacob were easy to work with - good knowledge of the product - both helpful. Arron Evans - Service Tech with oil change - outstanding / helpful / took time to explain and show me what he was doing during the oil and filter change. I tipped Arron $5.00 for his helpfulness and I ONLY want Arron for my service tech guy. More

oil change Was generally satisfied. Took over an hour so little longer than expected. Wanted the car wash which was included but felt to decline at the moment Was generally satisfied.
