They are very transparent with their intentions and extremely helpful in their explanations (i.e. knowledge of vehicles, financing, etc.). In comparison to my experience at other dealerships, LHM CJDR is matchless. They are personable and seemingly truly care about their customers. Kyle was very diligent in helping me find my dream car and made the beginning stages of my research a breeze. Jake's candor on pricing and outlining comparisons to additional vehicles and warranties in the market space helped me understand exactly what I was purchasing and the value I was receiving -- he is also an all around genuine person! Jorge, of the finance department, made what is usually the least enjoyable portion of purchasing (...sorry, Jorge), dare I say enjoyable! Very thorough and willing to work through the math, he added another level of care to my purchase that I do not believe I will see elsewhere. All in all, my experience was great and I would highly recommend LHM CJDR in Surprise, AZ to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. A big shout out to the staff for all their help! More

Follow up after the Sale. I was encouraged to leave a 5-Star review when I purchased my '19 Ram 2500 from Jon Rohde last year upon shaking hands and overcoming a $900 differenc I was encouraged to leave a 5-Star review when I purchased my '19 Ram 2500 from Jon Rohde last year upon shaking hands and overcoming a $900 difference. Truth is, I had a poor experience. Especially when signing contracts and the finance manager tried to hide a $6500 warranty into the deal telling me it was "thrown in at no cost because he kept the payment the same." This was a greedy mistake, and I wish I knew his name, but he signed all my contracts "BUS MGR," and from that point his embarrassment was overwhelming to him and all he wanted to do was chat with my friend about comic books. This trick left a bad impression on me and if it wasn't so obvious and laughable, I'd have left without taking the deal. I'd also like to add that I have received ZERO follow up since the day I bought my Ram. Nice facility, LMD is a great group, but this location should be focused on training and the basics of sales instead of letting their staff perform all the tricks of the trade to put money in their pockets above referrals and repeat business. More
