His communication was phenomenal in regards to letting me know what to initially expect, other things that were found during inspection, and ultimately in the timing of getting my truck back. He gets a 10 in my book. Even though Ford is losing a ton of respect and customers in the auto world due to their xxxxtier and xxxxtier production and um-teen recalls on everything under the sun, it's people like him that show there is still people that care alot about working and being unbelievably professional and helpful. I have never been anything other than a Ford guy, currently have 6 of them for my wife, my kids, and myself. My dad had all Fords as I was growing up, both for racing, family trucks, and work trucks. Those were the good ol days when Ford cared and made quality vehicles. Now, you honestly can't tell me that Ford is happy and accepts the crap they're putting out. Honestly, I'd be embarrassed if I was a higher up and expect to be fired for all of this failure and customer let down. Sad times, but Jacob rocks and deserves a raise and/or promotion. As for me, let's just say when I need another truck, it's not automatic anymore. I will shop around and I told my friends, family, and coworkers to do the same.
