Everything was great and fast The only thing I wish is that they would give you the out the door price when they show you the tire estimate. I'm pretty sure when he showed me my tire estimate it was 178is that they would give you the out the door price when they show you the tire estimate. I'm pretty sure when he showed me my tire estimate it was 178ish and when I paid it was 223 that's almost $50 more I can understand tax or other small fees 10% more but 25% extra should be added to the estimate they tell you, otherwise why even give an estimate? I drove an hour each way from work to specifically go to the dealership I bought it from a month previous cuz I thought they were giving me a great deal but for 223 I could have just went anywhere More

Good job explaining what needed to be done, challenges on getting parts, and why. There was not a lot of notice about plans to keep the vehicle. I didn't know if a loaner was an option while they kept the car. One was not offered. I shared that I travel to see my spouse in a care facility every day prior to agreeing to repairs. I had to call mid afternoon for an update of progress. I wasn't told about the 3% credit card fee when previously discussing costs, I had to scramble a bit to make sure I could write a check. Some of those communications would have made this experience much better for me. More
