Jacque Brown patient, thorough and tech savvy I was looking at several makes of cars and decided on a Honda because of the positive experience I had with Jacque Brown. As an older single woman I w I was looking at several makes of cars and decided on a Honda because of the positive experience I had with Jacque Brown. As an older single woman I was dreading the whole car shopping thing, but Jacque quickly took the stress out of the process. He explained the CR-V's features carefully while I was in the driver's seat and when I took the test drive I felt confident driving the vehicle. He configured the car to reflect what I wanted and took his time explaining all the technology, especially the safety features. Then he found a car with the color, features and style I wanted. There was a glitch in the final delivery process and he quickly worked through the red tape to get the problem resolved. And the best part is he got me a deal on a great car that my credit union, mechanic friends and brother-in-law all said was fair! Jacque is the man to see at Heritage, but I did notice that the Heritage team works together and supports each other.. More
