Excellent customer service, empathetic to my situation I can't say enough about this dealership and Jacque Brown, my salesman. I was having a personal struggle with my credit and somehow they worked it out I can't say enough about this dealership and Jacque Brown, my salesman. Pleasant experience at Heritage Honda Bel Air Last week I bought a certified, pre-owned 2015 CR-V at Heritage Honda. Working with Jacque was a pleasant experience! I had been looking at similar ve Last week I bought a certified, pre-owned 2015 CR-V at Heritage Honda. Working with Jacque was a pleasant experience! I had been looking at similar vehicles on-line for about a month; you always have to do your homework. So, when I saw two CR-Vs offered at Heritage, I knew that the prices were good. In fact, the Heritage price for comparable features, age and mileage were about $1200 less than closer dealerships were offering. That made the longer drive to Bel Air worth the effort. Jacque's easy-going manner at his desk and on the test drives were appreciated. As I was leaving, after all the paperwork was completed, Jacque said that the dealership wanted to get the car to me as soon as possible (I had planned to get a ride back on the following Saturday). So they were going to deliver it to my house later in the day. That was a nice surprise! In the early evening, after the Heritage staff who normally provide this service had left work, Jacque drove the car to us himself, keeping his and the delearship's promise. Someone from Heritage could have just as easily called to say that no one was available for the delivery and asked me to stop by on Saturday, as I had originally planned. Jacque's attention to that part of the transaction impressed me! More
