I have never had a buying experience like I did with Lan Greer at Heritage Honda. I was transferred to her after my original salesman couldn't make our appointment (unexpectedly), and Lan went above and beyond and set the bar for customer service that day. She delivered more than just a new car. She rocked my socks off and I'm not exaggerating (I had to buy new socks). We conversed during idle times and I almost feel like I gained a friend. She's a special lady! All of the staff I dealt with at Heritage was polite, kind and accommodating. I had several months of communication with numerous employees, incl. management, due to unforeseen complications with a recent purchase, and I agree with the reviewer who said that Heritage keeps their promises (even those made by former employees). But above all, I have to give the most xxxxxxto Lan because she stuck with me through an exhausting day and never wavered in her service to me. As long as I buy Honda, I won't go anywhere else but to Lan Greer and Heritage in Bel Air. More
