Jacque took the time to understand my needs, walk through all of the car features, and answer all of my questions. I was not pressured to make a purchase and felt like this was a true learning process to ens all of the car features, and answer all of my questions. Jacque was a great host today. We visited many car lots today. He was by far the best of them all. Most informed about the cars we were looking at. Always found Honda to be the company to pick and deal with. Have told my friends and others how much better the Honda policies , service plans , and leasing procedures are. This is my third leased car from Honda. Was living in Florida, now in Maryland and these two gentlemen made me feel just as comfortable and secure as I did in Florida. The salesman Jacque Brown was wonderful. I went to look at another vehicle but when I said I always wanted a CRV he made it happen.
