Jackie Dybas, our internet/phone contact, treated us as if we were VIPs that had bought multiple vehicles over the years despite this being our first purchase from Continental Toyota. Jackie was patient with all our questions regarding pricing and selection of the vehicle we were looking for. EXTREMELY prompt in returning all emails and phone calls--a very big plus! Dean Rios, our on-site sales rep, is not your typical pushy, tell you what you need salesman. Dean was thoughtful and considerate of all of our requests and desires. On both of our visits before purchasing, Dean was willing to spend whatever amount of time it took to make us feel comfortable and confident about our purchase. His knowledge of all the little nuances --switches, touch screen, electronics, tow package, etc-- of our Toyota Highlander was refreshing. We live in Lincoln Park, Chicago and decided to make the trips back and forth to Hodgkins IL (20 miles) because of Jackie's telephone and email demeanor and aggressive pricing. Once at the lot, Dean took over and did not disappoint and made the whole purchase process very pleasant. We will HIGHLY recommend Continental Toyota to our family and friends! We told him exactly what car we were looking for along with the price range and he was able to give us a test drive along with work with the price we were aiming for. We decided that day to purchase the car and it runs great! On the times we were getting papers together me, my mom, and Dean would have a conversation you would have with one of your friends which showed how friendly he is! Jackie was absolutely right for going to Dean that I look forward to go back to him for another car down the road! More

My husband and I just purchased a new 2013 Toyota Highlander from Continental Toyota. We knew that we wanted a 2013 model in Shoreline Blue, so we started searching on their website. Although Continental did not have one in their inventory, Nicole Johnson and Jacqueline Dybas worked to find one for us at another dealership. They were extremely patient and answered all our questions. In just a few days they had the car brought to Hodgkins for us to test drive. We then worked with Dean Rio who demonstrated all the car's features. These people are the epitome of great service. Dean even personally scraped the vehicle sticker from the windshield of my trade-in for me. He also recommends a mean meatball pizza. I had recently leased two cars from Continental Toyota. I initiated the process by going through their website. Jackie responded to me in a very timely fashion, taking into consideration all the information initiated the process by going through their website. When I made it out to the location based on the estimated quote provided to me by Jackie, my file was passed on to Michael. In general I'm very happy with the experience. Tina Smentek and Bill Awwad have outstanding service. If Domenic Nanni and Jacqueline Dybas were more friendlier, would be perfect experience. Jacqueline Dybas snapped at me, when I asked her to do one more extra step (I was driving from faraway and wanted to be sure that I get the best deal around). Domenic Nanni - the guy was agitated, we were the first customers of the day and he was already stressed. He tried to sell us additional warranty, I bet he sold nothing this day, not only to us. Bill Awwad was friendly and knowledgeable. Tina Smentek made an exceptional job by explaining every detail over email conversation. I bought my Camry at Continental Toyota because Tina was willing to go an extra mile with me. Also provided "out the door" price, knowing the total price, made me comfortable to pay hold fee by the phone. More

I just purchased a 2010 Toyota Prius at this dealership. CJ, the used car manager, and Jackie Dybas, BDC manager, John Nordwall ("Johnny Utah") my salesman, Matt May, from the parts department, and Rich, CJ, the used car manager, and Jackie Dybas, BDC manager, John Nordwall ("Johnny Utah") my salesman, Matt May, from the parts department, and Rich, the manager in the service department, were ALL wonderful to work with. Jackie really went the extra mile to make certain that my after purchase experience was just as important as the actual purchase...making certain that I received the manual I was requesting, answering all of my questions, and sending me to the appropriate individuals that could help me further per my requests. It was a most cohesive and pleasant experience. These folks all worked together to make sure that I was a completely satisfied customer...which I am pleased to say - I am...thanks to all of these folks. I went to Continental while looking for a new car. Jackie had helped me search for the car that would be everything that I wanted and more. After multiple conversations, I came in to test drive a Corolla S m had helped me search for the car that would be everything that I wanted and more. After multiple conversations, I came in to test drive a Corolla S model. Antoinette took me for the test drive and truly made me feel like she cared whether or not this was the car for me. The environment at the dealership was very friendly and every employee would stop by to say hello. Since buying I've gone in for an oil change and the staff continued the great service and care for me and the vehicle. I couldn't imagine a more compassionate staff. More
