Nearly 2 hours for an oil change when an appointment had been made. General over all rude, and did not feel welcome. What little communication that occurred was curt and not conversational. They just been made. General over all rude, and did not feel welcome. What little communication that occurred was curt and not conversational. They just barked orders at me and told me to "go over there and wait" pointing down the hall. Documentation was misleading with being quoted one price, signing a pre-work estimate for another price, getting an estimate update on my phone with a third price, etc. Paper floor mats left in my car, the seat left all the way forward so that I almost hurt myself getting in, and all my charging cables were unplugged and just thrown down on the floor.
