An unexpectedly wonderful car buying experience! I found the Jeep that met my wish list on line at Perkins Motors which is over an hour away from me in Denver! Jacques called me ahead of my appointment time and I could sense his sincerity even over our short conversation. I met him in person and felt that he was there to help, not the typical expected sales pitch. He worked with us to meet our needed and close the deal. My sales rep, Jacques Perreault, worked with me just over a 2 week period regarding my new purchase. When I could not get my first choice vehicle (Wrangler) within the price range I was seeking, he spoke wit a 2 week period regarding my new purchase. When I could not get my first choice vehicle (Wrangler) within the price range I was seeking, he spoke with me in great detail regarding rebates available on the Renegade. At first I declined to look further at the Renegade. But after returning 2 weeks later to speak with Jacques about the Renegade, he helped me see why the Renegade would be a good choice for me and my daughter. Not only was he kind and personable but very knowledgeable and was able to balance his time to be available for me even when I walked in without an appointment and he was assisting 3 other customers. Not only will I suggest Perkins Motors to friends, I will specifically send them to Jacques. Additionally, Josh Bauer, the finance manager was equally patient and helpful throughout the finance process, again very kind, spoke in simple terminology that I could understand, and was lighthearted and amusing during our sit down. Both of these gentlemen made this process enjoyable, like buying a new ride should be. I experienced no stress in the entire process. I walked in at 3pm and was driving away at 6pm.
