Always Helpful when you need them Drove car out of driveway only to discover left tire flat as a pancake. Local gas station owner recommended I switch to spare and take immediately to Drove car out of driveway only to discover left tire flat as a pancake. Local gas station owner recommended I switch to spare and take immediately to Subaru dealership as tire under warranty. Receptionist able to squeeze me in immediately. Service rep Jade Hilliard did super job of explaining hows, and whys of necessary servicing. All services completed in record time so I could make another appointment. Very happy! More

Quick to handle problems Several weeks ago I posted a negative review after I had a bad experience with the service dept. In this experience my car was undrivable and I was gi Several weeks ago I posted a negative review after I had a bad experience with the service dept. In this experience my car was undrivable and I was given a car by the dealership to drive while the part was on back order. I was given less than 24 hours notice to return the car on a week day when I was at work, and things were said to me that were very unprofessional. When I let the dealership know about this situation they responded to my concerns the night of my review being written and after business hours. They were extremely quick to work out a plan that fit my work schedule and the repair. I was actually called by the service manager and given an apology for the things that were said the next day. On the day that I picked up my car Ken Murch, my sales professional, met me outside and walked me over to the service center to pick up my car and talk to the service team. I was called again the next day by the dealership to make sure my problem was fixed and everything was handled accordingly. I think it's impossible for a business to handle every situation well, but I was extremely impressed with how quickly and efficiently my problem was fixed and will continue to use this dealership for my future purchases. More

Insurance claim work I dealt with Jade throughout the process of getting my 2017 Forester repaired. There were setbacks from my insurance company, their estimator viewed the wrong side of the car suspension. I commend Jade on how patiently and professionally she kept me aprised of the repair work. Good service from Service Rep, frustrated by mechanics **Update** After speaking with the Service Manager, I'm willing to work with this dealer again, but I still stand by my original review. I do underst **Update** After speaking with the Service Manager, I'm willing to work with this dealer again, but I still stand by my original review. I do understand that sometimes people have a bad day (or days in this case), and the manager assured me that the problem has been addressed and that they will take steps to prevent this kind of thing in the future, but I'm still frustrated that mistakes were made on two different occasions. Had I not had any issues the second time getting my car back, I would have given this service center 4 or 5 stars for Quality of Work, and 5 overall. That being said, I can't recommend this service center yet, but I am willing to give them a chance to earn back my trust. I changed my overall rating from 1 to 4 stars (they have handled this issue professionally, and I am not dissatisfied with my overall service, but I still can't give them an excellent because of all this), and changed the Quality of Work from 1 to 3 stars (I feel relatively confident that Ernie fixed the problem that my last dealer couldn't) . My original ratings of "Poor" were probably unfair. **Original review** This has easily been the most frustrating experience I've ever had with a dealer. Let me start off by saying that my experience with the Service Rep was excellent. Jade Hillard did me a solid by helping me out even though I was mistaken by the times the service shop was open, and rolled in 5 minutes after closing time. She stayed late even though she had a birthday party she was supposed to be going to. I am thankful for her and I have zero complaints about her customer service. However, the quality of the maintenance I received was the worst I've ever encountered. When I brought my car in, I made sure to point out that my car had been worked on at another Subaru dealership 3 different times for the sound my clutch was making. When I got my car back, the sound was still there. Upon reading the maintenance summary, they did the exact thing that the other dealer had done... twice. That solution obviously wasn't the correct solution, but they apparently didn't bother to check the service history on my car. Furthermore, my turn signal blinkers were completely inoperable. Apparently the relay for the turn signals got broken sometime during service. After making the 40 minute trip to and from my house for the 3rd time, I finally get my car back, only to discover that the center vent is not working. ...The likely culprit for this would be the instrument panel duct that was sitting on my passenger seat (!!!!). There is clearly a need for an in-depth review of the QA practices in this shop. I do not want to bring my car to this shop ever again. I would rather drive to Phoenix or somewhere even further to get service than bring it back to this shop. *However, credit where credit is due: The mechanic (Ernie) to came out to hear the sound my clutch was making was able to diagnose it's likely source based off the sound and my maintenance history (fancy that...). The problem appears to be fixed, but in the previous times I got my car back at the other dealer, the problem seemed to be fixed but then came back in a week or two. So I will give tentative kudos to that mechanic, for now. More

Sales and Service provide a consistent superior experience. Staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Quality of finished product in both groups is excellent. I remain confident they are keeping my Outback in top condition and are providing a safe vehicle. Waiting is nicest of any dealer I've experienced: Choices of types of seating; wifi charging; coffee selections, creamers, etc.; TV, and cookies! Sure makes waiting lots more pleasant!! I also was interested in a RAV4 and set up an appointment with another dealer to look at one of those. It was a hard choice, but the Forester won out. Kevin worked to help me and my husband find the best vehicle for our needs and budget. He offered various options and seemed very knowledgable about them all. He even noticed that although the paint on the trade-in seemed fine now, it would disintegrate within a year. Of course, that took off some of the value, but probably fair. After I bought the car, he made sure everything was set up correctly. When I texted him two days later to asked how to go about getting a flat tire replaced, he responded quickly with the road service number and the Subaru service number even though he was't at work. Jade Hilliard, service advisor, did her best to make us feel better about having to come back and pay a pro-rated fee for a new tire. Overall, our experience was good, everyone was friendly and helpful. More
