Motorized Tailgate Repair I had an issue with the motorized tailgate on my under-warranty Subaru. It only worked manually after having been at a local car wash. Received a free I had an issue with the motorized tailgate on my under-warranty Subaru. It only worked manually after having been at a local car wash. Received a free rental of the same type as mine. When I picked up my car, with everything operational again, I received documentation of the repair. This gave me a chance to inform the car wash company about what NOT to do to similar vehicles. Thus, it helps them to avoid causing this problem in the future. Win/win all around. More

In the space of one weekend in October 2016 we purchased two lightly-used Subarus (2015 Forester and 2016 Impreza), and have returned several times for added trim, paint and upholstery treatment, and accessories. Before we purchased, the sales agents made sure that we were getting the best vehicles fitting our requirements and that we received a fair price for our trade-ins, and went out of their way, even after the sales had been finalized, to make sure we got everything we might want or need for our vehicles. We look forward to maintaining our warm relationship with Tucson Subaru and the dealership's friendly and efficient staff for many years to come. More

I have purchased 10-12 new vehicles in my lifetime and my buying experience at Tucson Subaru was by far the best I have ever had. This is do to the outstanding people at Tucson Subaru. The sales manager, Terry Iseminger, and the sales person, Kevin Woessner, are the most professional, courteous and competent sales people I have ever met. The vehicle is exceptional, the dealership is exceptional and Terry and Kevin are more than exceptional. Also my only service visit was exceptional due to my service consultant Jade. More
