Dennis did an outstanding job trouble shooting and correcting my Outback's problem. Best service wait area I've ever experienced.The charging area for electronics helps make the wait time productive. I always enjoy the lounge areas variety of coffees, creamers, cookies and fruit. Tucson Subaru is a consistent winner, and so are their customers. I have never used Tucson Subaru Service as it is not convenient to where I live. But depending on how my current auto service provider handles the oil leak that was to have been taken care of last January, I may be back. My visit to your site was positive, staff were friendly and I really appreciate the loaner. More

Please work on your shuttle service communication I have been very happy with my Subaru purchase. Yesterday I took my car in for its first service. I was completely unsatisfied. It was going to take l I have been very happy with my Subaru purchase. Yesterday I took my car in for its first service. I was completely unsatisfied. It was going to take longer than I thought which was not a problem at all. They offered me a shuttle and gave me a ride home. They told me once my car was complete they would put me on a shuttle board for a ride. A long story short, I waited 2 hours and called once requesting an ETA. I was given no answers and ended up getting my own ride to the dealer. Upon arrival, the service person states they sometime use Uber. Uber was never offered to me, they were not very apologetic and still did not have an answer as to why they could not give me an ETA or anything. I hope my next experience is better because I won't own a car with a crappy service department. More
