Our car was checked in and Jade was assigned to manage the service. She was friendly, courteous, and knowledge about our problems. She has the problem looked at for blockage or skew in the door track. None was found, but the service department replace the unit just to ensure the problem would not resurface. The whole process took a little over an hour so I just waited in the lounge. We continue to be extremely pleased with our car (Outback) and the treatment we have received by Tucson Subaru. More
