Consistent superior experience, from sales thru service Tucson Subaru consistently rates highest of all car dealers I have experienced (and I have lived in 11 states as adult). Sales and Service provide a consistent superior experience. Staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Quality of finished product in both groups is excellent. I remain confident they are keeping my Outback in top condition and are providing a safe vehicle. Waiting is nicest of any dealer I've experienced: Choices of types of seating; wifi charging; coffee selections, creamers, etc.; TV, and cookies! Sure makes waiting lots more pleasant!! Chose Forester over RAV4 Saw the Forester on the Internet and within an hour had an appointment to see it with Kevin. I also was interested in a RAV4 and set up an appointment with another dealer to look at one of those. It was a hard choice, but the Forester won out. Kevin worked to help me and my husband find the best vehicle for our needs and budget. He offered various options and seemed very knowledgable about them all. He even noticed that although the paint on the trade-in seemed fine now, it would disintegrate within a year. Of course, that took off some of the value, but probably fair. After I bought the car, he made sure everything was set up correctly. When I texted him two days later to asked how to go about getting a flat tire replaced, he responded quickly with the road service number and the Subaru service number even though he was't at work. Jade Hilliard, service advisor, did her best to make us feel better about having to come back and pay a pro-rated fee for a new tire. Overall, our experience was good, everyone was friendly and helpful. More

Subaru saves the day!! I pulled into Tucson Subaru with a beat up old car I had just driven all the way from Texas! This was suppose to a stop along the way of an epic road I pulled into Tucson Subaru with a beat up old car I had just driven all the way from Texas! This was suppose to a stop along the way of an epic road trip. Unfortunately, the car I arrived in wasn't going to make it much further. These guys took me in as helped me find the perfect car! They set me up with all the luxurious perks of being a Subaru owner like my extended warranty so I never have to worry about maintenance! They also where a pleasure to work with. The facility was beautiful and clean. I could not be happier with my purchase. More

Service and purchase Hi I was there for my 2015 Subaru forester for the service. It took little bit long but it was ok. New Outback I was provided with an Outback as a loaner while !my car was being serviced. I liked it so much that I decided to look at possibly getting one. Also I had a very good experience when they work on my car, jade Hilliard is very nice and very professional. Tim Hanson took extra time to explain things to me, and accept my request to cancel a contract , that was nice. There were always a very nice and friendly men opening the door, in general everyone is friendly. More

Oil Consumption Recovery I purchased a crosstrek in 2013 that was plagued with oil consumption issues. Subaru was great on honoring the warranty, but the corporate side fell s I purchased a crosstrek in 2013 that was plagued with oil consumption issues. Subaru was great on honoring the warranty, but the corporate side fell short on helping get me into a new vehicle when I was done dealing with my existing one. My issues where never with the service response from Tucson Subaru because they were great to deal with. Needless to say I was pretty much done with Subaru as a brand, but I did include them on my list when I was shopping for a new vehicle and actually ended up buying another one. I did so because of my experience with Scott and Jade in the service department and because of Kevin G. in sales. Kevin was straight forward and did not use any high pressure tactics. I told him what I was looking for, he told me what he had and worked with me to get me a fair deal. More
