Subaru saves the day!! I pulled into Tucson Subaru with a beat up old car I had just driven all the way from Texas! This was suppose to a stop along the way of an epic road I pulled into Tucson Subaru with a beat up old car I had just driven all the way from Texas! This was suppose to a stop along the way of an epic road trip. Unfortunately, the car I arrived in wasn't going to make it much further. These guys took me in as helped me find the perfect car! They set me up with all the luxurious perks of being a Subaru owner like my extended warranty so I never have to worry about maintenance! They also where a pleasure to work with. The facility was beautiful and clean. I could not be happier with my purchase. More

Service and purchase Hi I was there for my 2015 Subaru forester for the service. It took little bit long but it was ok. During that service Peter found me a better deal on a brand new car for 2017 He was very nice and helpful and he found me the car that I wanted. New Outback I was provided with an Outback as a loaner while !my car was being serviced. I liked it so much that I decided to look at possibly getting one. Friendly Dealership CJ Nichols did a great job he showed me the cars I asked for and changed the paper work when i changed my mind, he was very polite, and knowledgeable CJ Nichols did a great job he showed me the cars I asked for and changed the paper work when i changed my mind, he was very polite, and knowledgeable and thanks to his patience I am driving the car I wanted. Also I had a very good experience when they work on my car, jade Hilliard is very nice and very professional. Tim Hanson took extra time to explain things to me, and accept my request to cancel a contract , that was nice. There were always a very nice and friendly men opening the door, in general everyone is friendly. More

Oil Consumption Recovery I purchased a crosstrek in 2013 that was plagued with oil consumption issues. Subaru was great on honoring the warranty, but the corporate side fell s I purchased a crosstrek in 2013 that was plagued with oil consumption issues. Subaru was great on honoring the warranty, but the corporate side fell short on helping get me into a new vehicle when I was done dealing with my existing one. My issues where never with the service response from Tucson Subaru because they were great to deal with. Needless to say I was pretty much done with Subaru as a brand, but I did include them on my list when I was shopping for a new vehicle and actually ended up buying another one. I did so because of my experience with Scott and Jade in the service department and because of Kevin G. in sales. Kevin was straight forward and did not use any high pressure tactics. I told him what I was looking for, he told me what he had and worked with me to get me a fair deal. More

My 2011 Forester was paid off but was beginning to bring me into the dealership far too often. I decided to move forward with a leased 2017 Forester and I'm very happy that I did. The driving experience was sensational . All of the details of the purchase were handled efficiently. Gil was very helpful in helping me become more familiar with my new purchase. good and friendly service I was happy with the quick appointment, expert service, loaner car and constant contact with Jade Hilliard. (I also liked the free snacks and coffee and nice seating area that made me feel 'special' and appreciated and comfortable while I waited for a short time!) More
